Nice work during the Group Review Quiz and the InDesign  class assignments.  I have created a Category just for the Final Project, currently I have posted the directions and information about the writing of the body copy.

About the Final Project Assignment

Final Project Mock-Up

1. Identify which class assignments you will include in your Final Project document.

2. Start scanning your concept thumbnails, compositional thumbnails, gridded drawings, final traditional media pieces, etc.

3. Start writing the body copy for each assignment.

Below is the recommended structure to follow when you write the body copy for your assignments:

a. Define and discuss the Assignment Problem.

• Include the Assignment Specifications in this discussions.

b. Discuss the creation of your Concept Thumbnails.

c. Identify and discuss the Design Theory you utilized in the individual assignments.

d. Discuss the creation of your Compositional Thumbnails.

• Include a discussion of the development process (what worked, what didn’t.)

e. Discuss the creation of your Final Traditional Piece.

f. Discuss the creation of your Final Digital Piece.

• Include the identification of the tools and procedures you used to produce the Digital version of your composition.

FOR THE CLASS SESSION NEXT WEEK:

1. Report to room 220.

2. Bring your scanned files, all of your traditional work and all of your digital files.

3. Bring you written body copy for your final project.

4. Bring your USB (thumb) drive with you.
